Job summary

KumaranSystems in Chennai is hiring a senior QA leader with 12+ years of total QA experience, including 5+ years in a Test Manager or QA leadership role. The role requires managing blended teams (manual and automation) and strong QA methodologies, test design, and defect management.

You will work in a hybrid setup (2-3 days per week) with responsibilities spanning test environments, data management, CI/CD pipelines, and close collaboration with stakeholders to drive quality decisions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall QA experience.
• 5+ years in a Test Manager / QA Leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing blended teams (manual and automation).
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and defect management processes.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks (Java, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Tosca, RestAssured, or similar).
• Experience in Web UI, API, and Mobile testing.
• Expertise in test environment management, test data management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
