The ideal candidate will drive test strategy, RTM, defect management, and governance while ensuring quality delivery in complex banking transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Banking QA / Test Management experience.
• Strong experience in Treasury and Forex domain.
• Hands-on experience in Deal Booking and Forex transaction lifecycle testing.
• Knowledge of Forward Contracts, Rollover, Early Utilization, and Cancellation processes.
• Experience maintaining RTM and end-to-end testing artefacts.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement test strategies, plans and testing approaches for Forex & Trade Finance domains.
• Design test scenarios and RTM, perform functional, integration, SIT and UAT testing.
• Coordinate with Business Users, Client Teams and Testing Teams; manage stakeholders and deliverables.
• Drive defect management, change management and quality governance across releases.
• Ensure on-time delivery and testing milestones with clear quality metrics.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager Forex & Trade Finance with strong expertise in Treasury and Forex products, Banking Operations, Test Management, Stakeholder Management, and Quality Assurance.

The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of Forex and Trade Finance processes and will be responsible for managing end-to-end testing activities, collaborating with business stakeholders, defining test strategies, ensuring quality delivery, and acting as a bridge between business users and testing teams.

The candidate should demonstrate strong customer-facing skills, multitasking abilities, excellent communication, and proven experience managing testing activities across complex banking transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Test Management & Quality Assurance

• Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and testing approaches.
• Design comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
• Ensure complete test coverage for Treasury and Forex business flows.
• Review and validate test execution results and defect trends.
• Provide test status reports and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Drive release readiness and quality sign-off activities.

Domain Validation – Forex & Trade Finance

• Validate end-to-end Forex and Treasury business workflows.
• Perform testing of Deal Booking and Forex transaction lifecycle.
• Validate secondary actions on Forward Contracts such as:
• Rollover
• Early Utilization
• Cancellation
• Validate Position Management processes.
• Test Limit Maintenance functionality.
• Test Order Booking processes:
• Limit Orders
• Take Profit Orders
• Stop Loss Orders
• OCO (One Cancels Other) Orders
• If Done Orders
• Validate Settlements processing.
• Validate Usance Bills and Sight Bills workflows.
• Ensure compliance with banking business rules and operational processes.

Stakeholder & Customer Management

• Act as the primary liaison between Business Users, Client Teams, and Testing Teams.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs and impact assessments.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and testing deliverables.
• Ensure timely communication of risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Facilitate defect triage meetings and business sign-offs.
• Build strong relationships with clients and business teams.

Defect & Change Management

• Manage defect lifecycle from identification through closure.
• Ensure accurate defect logging, severity classification, and reporting.
• Conduct root cause analysis for critical issues.
• Support Change Management processes across releases.
• Track defect trends and recommend quality improvements.
• Coordinate with development teams for issue resolution and retesting.

Delivery Governance

• Ensure adherence to testing standards, processes, and governance guidelines.
• Manage delivery timelines and testing milestones.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and quality metrics.
• Support Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Ensure timely completion of all testing activities.

12+ years of Banking QA / Test Management experience.

Strong experience in Treasury and Forex domain.

Hands-on experience in Deal Booking and Forex transaction lifecycle testing.

Good understanding of Forward Contracts, Rollover, Early Utilization, and Cancellation processes.

Experience in Position Management and Limit Maintenance.

Strong knowledge of Forex Order Booking workflows.

Experience in Settlements, Usance Bills, and Sight Bills.

Excellent Test Design, Test Execution, and Defect Management skills.

Experience maintaining RTM and end-to‑end testing artefacts.

Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
