Qualitykiosk Technologies is seeking a testing lead with Health Insurance domain experience to drive manual testing efforts. You will coordinate with clients, lead a team of 6+ testers, and create WSRs and other reports.

You will also craft test plans, strategies and tentative timelines within the health insurance projects. Strong communication with stakeholders and adherence to STLC/SDLC are essential, along with familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Indian health insurance projects.
• Experience leading a manual testing team.
• Strong understanding of STLC and SDLC.
• Experience with defect management tools (JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management.

• General Insurance experience- Health Insurance experience is mandatory.
• Good in communication with client on a daily basis on overall testing update and highlight challenges.
