Job summary

Logic Planet in Bengaluru is seeking a Test Lead to drive testing activities for automotive hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and embedded systems, ensuring the quality of software and firmware.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop test plans and scripts, lead defect resolution, and mentor the testing group to adopt best practices in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires ISTQB certification, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in an automotive setting.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of automotive HIL testing methodologies and hands-on experience with related tools.
• Solid knowledge with hands-on experience of testing techniques and methodologies in an automotive environment.
• Extensive experience and solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot defects.
• Extensive experience is effectively communicating and guiding testing teams, as well as collaborating with stakeholders.
• Detail oriented approach to ensure thorough testing coverage and accurate defect tracking.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
