Job summary

YASH Technologies is seeking Automation Testing Professionals to join our Bangalore team, focusing on QA and automation across our cutting‑edge projects. You will work closely with Product Managers to build robust testing strategies and AI-driven solutions, ensuring business alignment and technical excellence.

The ideal candidate brings 6–8 years of hands-on experience with Python-based automation, Pytest, and a strong grasp of AI implementations beyond mere tool usage.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of experience in QA and automation testing.
• Hands-on with Python-based automation frameworks, especially Pytest.
• Experience in AI implementation for solutions, not just tools.
• Ability to collaborate with product managers and understand business context.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end automation test strategies.
• Develop and maintain Python-based test scripts and frameworks.
• Collaborate with PMs to align testing with product goals and AI initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in QA and automation testing.
• Hands‑on experience working with Python‑based automation frameworks, particularly Pytest.
• Candidates should have strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• The role will involve close collaboration with Product Managers, so candidates should have a willingness and ability to develop strong business acumen and understand the product/business context beyond just testing.
• AI implementation experience is a key requirement — candidates should have experience in building/implementing AI solutions, rather than simply using AI tools for testing or productivity.
• Strong understanding of automation, test strategy, and quality engineering practices is expected.
