Job summary

ADV TECHMINDS in Bengaluru seeks an experienced QA Leader to drive quality across software projects. You will lead a team of QA engineers, shape test strategy, and oversee test planning, design, and automation to ensure robust releases.

With 7-12 years in software testing, you will mentor the team, collaborate with product and development stakeholders, and promote industry best practices. Immediate joiners are preferred; the position offers a salary budget of 15-20 LPA.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science.
• Proven experience in software testing, and quality assurance.
• 7-12 Years experience in the software industry with experience in testing.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, and manage software defects and issues, working closely with development teams to prioritize and resolve them.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Proven experience in handling testing teams with manual, automation, and performance engineers.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure ongoing software stability.
• Stay current with industry best practices, emerging testing trends, and tools.
• Continuously improve and optimize test processes to enhance software quality.
