Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a seasoned Test Lead to own the test strategy and lead the QE team in Bangalore. You will mentor testers, review acceptance criteria, and drive test planning, estimating, and governance across automation and manual testing efforts.

You will enforce CI/CD quality gates, report quality metrics to stakeholders, and ensure swift defect triage and release readiness for complex projects in anIndustrial domain.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software testing or test leadership roles.
• Experience defining test strategies and plans.
• Proven track record in both manual and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Define & own test strategy and ensure alignment with product goals.
• Lead and mentor QE team, coordinating across sprints.
• Review acceptance criteria and contribute to test plans and estimations.
• Govern automation framework and CI/CD quality gates.
• Perform defect triage and reporting, and provide quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Sign-off on sprint and release readiness.
