Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru is seeking a QA professional focused on manual testing across web and cloud-native applications. You will design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, and collaborate with developers, product managers, and analysts to ensure quality across releases.

You will mentor juniors, participate in reviews, and engage with CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps, Playwright or Selenium, and API testing tools like Postman.

Qualifications

• Candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of software testing experience with strong emphasis on manual testing.
• Experience designing and executing complex manual test cases for web and cloud-native apps.
• Familiarity with Playwright or Selenium is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Java or Python for script analysis and collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CI/CD processes is beneficial.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for defect management.
• Hands-on API testing with Postman or similar tools is highly desirable.
