Job summary

Atharva Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a Test Engineer (E & E) to drive testing activities across electrical and electronic products, ensuring compliance with accreditation and IS standards.

You will operate and maintain testing equipment such as UTM, environmental chambers, and high voltage testers, document results, and prepare test reports under supervision. This role includes on-the-job training and regular monitoring of performance, with focus on quality,

Qualifications

• Hands on experience with 17025 accreditation requirements.
• Experience working on NABL, QAI, BIS portals.
• Knowledge of IS standards IS 13252, IS 616, IS 62368.
• Experience operating testing equipment like UTM, Environmental Chambers, Vibration Machine, IP Chamber, Salt Spray Chamber, UV Chambers, Xenon Arc Chambers, High Voltage Tester.
• Plan and carry out routine test/setup verification to ensure quality & timelines under supervision.
• Documenting test results, procedures and test reports.
• On the job training on testing equipment maintenance and correct usage.
• Regular monitoring of work performance and incentives.

Job Description For the Post of Test Engineer (E &E)

1. Hands on experience /implementation of 17025 accreditation requirement.
2. Hands on experience /implementation of working on various accreditation body portal eg. NABL, QAI, BIS etc. Testing of various electrical and electronic products e.g. Laptop, TV, Mobile Phone,Set top Boxes
3. Knowledge of Various standards e.g. IS 13252, IS 616, IS 62368.
4. Knowledge of operating equipments like UTM, Environmental Chambers, Vibration Machine, IP Chamber, Salt Spray Chamber, UV Chambers, Xenon Arc Chambers, High Voltage Tester etc.
5. Plan and carry out routine test/set-up verification to ensure quality & timelines under the supervision of Senior Engineers/Supervisors.
6. Documenting test results, Procedures, other quality related documents and Preparation of test reports.
7. On job training on Testing equipment/instruments maintenance, careful handling & correct usage for Skill Upgradation and Quality Work Performance.
8. Regular Monitoring of Work performance and regular incentive schemes.
