Job summary

Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) invites an experienced Semiconductor Test Engineer to join its advanced ATE development team in India. You will lead design and implementation of ICT/ATE programs, develop test fixtures, and work with Keysight/Teradyne platforms to validate automotive and RF products.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of in-depth experience with circuit schematics, automated test software, and Six Sigma tools, and an ability to debug complex production issues while

Qualifications

• Experience with ATE/ICT test systems.
• Hands-on with Keysight i3070 or Teradyne ICT.
• Ability to develop test programs and fixtures.
• Exposure to automotive communication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of circuit schematic.
• Knowledge on Automotive communication protocols.
• Good knowledge on analog/digital inputs/outputs and microcontrollers.
• Build new ATE using Keysight and Teradyne test equipment (PXI, LXI, GPIB).
• Selection of best equipment and technologies to develop the Complete ATE.
• Should develop test programs for Keysight i3070/Teradyne ICT.
• Design and develop test fixtures for ICT i3070, coordinating with suppliers.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures and checklists for process verification.
• Able to use Six Sigma tools.
• Debug circuits and simulate signals to measure and analyze.
• Solve complex production issues and provide robust solutions.

• Build New ATE''s using Keysight and Nationals instrument Test Equipment (PXI, LXI/GPIB).

• Help Design and Develop Test fixtures for ICT i3070, coordinating with suppliers help design Engineering Designing the Testing Concepts and choosing hardwares.
• Create Standard Operating procedure, Checklist Preparation for Process verification.
