Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
• Experience on UiPath is mandatory and should be demonstrable with projects.
• Experience in testing or QA roles is preferred.
• Defect management is handled through Zephyr and Jira.
• Ability to design and implement automation frameworks for complex tests.
• Strong scripting and programming knowledge related to automation tasks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines supporting automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Process Controller SME; collaborate with the team to perform tasks.
• Lead the Test Automation effort and provide leadership and reporting.
• 2–5 years in process control or automation environments.
• Monitor and manage robotic process automation workflows and bot execution.
• Address exceptions, log incidents, and escalate technical issues as needed.
• Coordinate with teams, ensure SLAs, and drive continuous improvements.
• Monitor automation processes and optimize RPA workflows.
• Log and resolve incidents to maintain operational efficiency.

As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around spearheading the evolution of testing practices into a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. Your role involves driving continuous improvement and innovation in testing strategies, ensuring that testing becomes more predictive and intelligent through automation and cutting-edge solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Process Controller expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• The Test Lead has additional responsibilities around leadership, reporting, and liaising directly with Suzanne.
• 2-5 years in process control or automation environments
• Needs monitors and manages robotic process automation (RPA) workflows, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime & oversee bot execution, address exceptions, and elevate technical issues as needed.
• should involves coordinating with teams, logging incidents, and optimizing RPA processes to meet service level agreements and support continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of automation tools, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential for maintaining operational efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
• Experience in testing or QA roles preferred

• All testers have technical knowledge and expertise in testing/QA, and use UiPath and automation tools.
• Defect management is handled through Zephyr (Jira).
• Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks tailored to complex testing environments.
• Strong knowledge of scripting and programming languages relevant to automation tasks.
• Ability to analyze and optimize automated test suites for performance and reliability.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to automation tools and processes.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
• This position is based at our M2B - STPI location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
