Job summary

Purview Services in Mumbai is seeking a senior Test Automation Engineer to design and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber BDD. You will translate Oracle Cloud/EBS flows into executable tests and drive CI/CD for continuous testing.

The role includes API testing, cross-browser validation and owning automation governance. You will lead a small squad, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product owners, developers and architects to raise automation

Qualifications

• Strong Java programming with deep Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber BDD expertise.
• Proven experience automating Oracle business processes across modules (HCM, FIN, SCM, CRM, EPM).
• Experience with Oracle patch impact analysis and regression strategy.
• Hands-on CI/CD setup and maintenance (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, GitHub).
• Tricentis Tosca certification (AS1/AS2 or higher) and practical enterprise Tosca use.
• Exposure to test data design, Tosca TCD, TDS, accessibility, security testing and performance basics.
• Solid experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps for work management and traceability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to leadership.
• Experience in team management and mentoring within Agile Scrum/Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber BDD.
• Create maintainable page object modules and enforce coding standards and reusability.
• Translate business flows in Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS into executable test scenarios.
• Validate integrations, reports and security roles; support patch regression cycles.
• Set up and optimize CI/CD for continuous testing (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Integrate test results dashboards and quality gates; monitor pipeline health and stability.
• Champion BDD/TDD, risk-based testing, test data strategy and traceability from requirements to defects (JIRA/ADO).
• Drive API testing (REST Assured, Postman, SoapUI) and cross-browser testing.
• Lead a small squad of engineers; plan sprints, assign work and mentor automation maturity.
• Define coverage metrics, report KPIs, perform RCA and continually improve reliability and speed.

Key Responsibilities

Framework Automation

• Design implement and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Java Selenium WebDriver Cucumber BDD and related libraries
• Create maintainable page object module based test suites enforce coding standards reviews and reusability
• Experience in Tricentis TOSCA
• Oracle Functional Validation

Translate business flows in Oracle Cloud Oracle EBS eg HCM Finance R2R SCM P2PO2C CRM EPM into executable test scenarios

• Validate integrations reports and security roles support patch regression cycles

CICD Tooling

• Set up and optimize CICD for continuous testing eg Azure DevOps Jenkins GitHub Actions enable parallel headless and scheduled runs
• Integrate test results dashboards and quality gates own pipeline health and stability

Quality Engineering Practices

• Champion BDDTDD risk based testing test data strategy and traceability from requirements to defects JIRA ADO
• Drive API testing eg REST Assured Postman SoapUI data validation and cross browser testing

Team Leadership Collaboration

• Lead a small squad 46 engineers plan sprints assign work mentor and uplift automation maturity
• Partner with product owners developers and architects communicate clearly with business stakeholders

Governance Continuous Improvement

• Define coverage metrics report KPIs perform RCA on failures continually improve reliability and execution speed

Must Have Qualifications
