Job summary

Purview Services in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced QA automation lead to design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and Tosca. You will translate business flows in Oracle Cloud/EBS into executable test scenarios and drive CI/CD for continuous testing with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Java with deep Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber expertise.
• Experience automating Oracle business processes across modules (HCM/FIN/SCM/CRM/EPM).
• Experience with Oracle patch impact analysis and regression strategy.
• Hands-on CI/CD setup and maintenance (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub).
• Tricentis Tosca certification and practical enterprise Tosca use.
• Familiarity with test data design and Tosca TCD/TDs accessibility security testing.
• Proficient in JIRA and/or Azure DevOps for work management and traceability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to leadership.
• Experience in team management within Agile Scrum/Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber and Tosca.
• Translate business flows in Oracle Cloud/EBS into executable test scenarios.
• Set up and optimize CI/CD for continuous testing (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Integrate test results dashboards and quality gates to monitor pipeline health and stability.
• Champion BDD/TDD, risk-based testing, test data strategy and traceability from requirements to defects (JIRA/ADO).
• Drive API testing using REST Assured, Postman, SoapUI and cross-browser testing.
• Lead a small squad of engineers, plan sprints, assign work, mentor and uplift automation maturity.
• Define coverage metrics, report KPIs, perform RCA, and continuously improve reliability and execution speed.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers and architects to align testing with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Framework Automation

• Design implement and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Java Selenium WebDriver Cucumber BDD and related libraries
• Create maintainable page object module based test suites enforce coding standards reviews and reusability
• Experience in Tricentis TOSCA
• Oracle Functional Validation

Translate business flows in Oracle Cloud Oracle EBS eg HCM Finance R2R SCM P2PO2C CRM EPM into executable test scenarios

• Validate integrations reports and security roles support patch regression cycles

CICD Tooling

• Set up and optimize CICD for continuous testing eg Azure DevOps Jenkins GitHub Actions enable parallel headless and scheduled runs
• Integrate test results dashboards and quality gates own pipeline health and stability

Quality Engineering Practices

• Champion BDDTDD risk based testing test data strategy and traceability from requirements to defects JIRA ADO
• Drive API testing eg REST Assured Postman SoapUI data validation and cross browser testing

Team Leadership Collaboration

• Lead a small squad 46 engineers plan sprints assign work mentor and uplift automation maturity

Must Have Qualifications

• Tricentis Tosca certification AS1AS2 or higher practical use of Tosca for enterprise apps
• Exposure to test data design Tosca TCDTDS accessibility security testing and performance basics
• Solid experience with JIRA and or Azure DevOps ADO for work management and traceability
• Excellent communication skills written verbal ability to present quality status to leadership
• Experience in team management mentoring within Agile Scrum Kanban environments
