Job summary

Purview Services seeks an experienced automation engineer to design and maintain scalable test frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Cucumber. You will translate Oracle Cloud/EBS business flows into executable tests, validate integrations, and support patch regression cycles.

Lead a small squad, drive BDD/TDD practices, and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps/Jenkins. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Java with deep expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber BDD.
• Proven experience automating Oracle business processes across modules such as HCM, FIN, SCM, CRM, EPM.
• Experience with Oracle patch impact analysis and regression strategy.
• Hands-on with CI/CD setup and maintenance using Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
• Tricentis Tosca certification AS1/AS2 or higher and practical use of Tosca for enterprise apps.
• Exposure to test data design, Tosca TCD/TDST, accessibility, security testing, and performance basics.
• Solid experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps (ADO) for work management and traceability.
• Excellent communication skills to present quality status to leadership.
• Experience in team management and mentoring within Agile Scrum/Kanban environments.

Responsibilities

Framework Automation

• Design implement and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Java Selenium WebDriver Cucumber BDD and related libraries

CICD Tooling

• Set up and optimize CICD for continuous testing eg Azure DevOps Jenkins GitHub Actions enable parallel headless and scheduled runs
• Integrate test results dashboards and quality gates own pipeline health and stability

Quality Engineering Practices

• Champion BDDTDD risk based testing test data strategy and traceability from requirements to defects JIRA ADO
• Drive API testing eg REST Assured Postman SoapUI data validation and cross browser testing

Team Leadership Collaboration

• Lead a small squad 46 engineers plan sprints assign work mentor and uplift automation maturity
• Partner with product owners developers and architects communicate clearly with business stakeholders

Governance Continuous Improvement

• Define coverage metrics report KPIs perform RCA on failures continually improve reliability and execution speed

Must Have Qualifications
