Job summary

Purview Services in India seeks an experienced QA Automation Lead to own and accelerate test automation across Oracle Apps and cloud integrations.

You will design scalable frameworks with Java, Selenium, and Cucumber, lead a small team, drive CI/CD adoption, and ensure quality through BDD/TDD, API testing, and cross-browser validation. The role demands hands-on coding, mentoring, stakeholder communication, and delivering reliable test coverage in fast-paced Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Java with deep expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber BDD.
• Proven experience automating Oracle business processes across HCM, FIN, SCM, CRM, EPM.
• Experience with Oracle patch impact analysis and regression strategy.
• Hands-on with CI/CD setup and maintenance using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, and GitHub.
• Tricentis Tosca certification AS1/AS2 or higher; practical use of Tosca for enterprise apps.
• Exposure to test data design, Tosca TCDT/DS accessibility testing and basic security testing.
• Solid experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps (ADO) for work management and traceability.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present quality status to leadership.
• Experience in team management and mentoring within Agile Scrum/Kanban environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and related libraries.

• Experience in Tricentis Tosca.
• Translate business flows in Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS (HCM, FIN, SCM, P2PO2C, CRM, EPM) into executable test scenarios.
• Validate integrations, reports, and security roles; support patch regression cycles.
• Set up and optimize CI/CD for continuous testing (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions); enable parallel, headless and scheduled runs.
• Champion BDD/TDD, risk-based testing, test data strategy and traceability from requirements to defects (JIRA/ADO).
• Drive API testing (REST Assured, Postman, SoapUI) and cross-browser testing.
• Lead a small squad of engineers; plan sprints, assign work, mentor and uplift automation maturity.
• Define coverage metrics, report KPIs, perform RCA on failures, and continually improve reliability and speed.

Key Responsibilities

Framework Automation

• Design implement and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Java Selenium WebDriver Cucumber BDD and related libraries

Translate business flows in Oracle Cloud Oracle EBS eg HCM Finance R2R SCM P2PO2C CRM EPM into executable test scenarios

• Validate integrations reports and security roles support patch regression cycles

CICD Tooling

• Set up and optimize CICD for continuous testing eg Azure DevOps Jenkins GitHub Actions enable parallel headless and scheduled runs
• Integrate test results dashboards and quality gates own pipeline health and stability

Quality Engineering Practices

• Champion BDDTDD risk based testing test data strategy and traceability from requirements to defects JIRA ADO
• Drive API testing eg REST Assured Postman SoapUI data validation and cross browser testing

Team Leadership Collaboration

• Lead a small squad 46 engineers plan sprints assign work mentor and uplift automation maturity
• Partner with product owners developers and architects communicate clearly with business stakeholders

Governance Continuous Improvement
