Job summary

Techwave is seeking an experienced Test Analyst to support large-scale global projects from Hyderabad. You will lead end-to-end testing, coordinate with on-shore/off-shore teams, business and technology stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery across complex platforms.

The role requires 3–8 years in QA/testing, strong expertise in SIT, regression, and UAT, and hands-on use of test management tools like ADO/Jira. You’ll collaborate across teams and drive QA standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working on large-scale system migrations or platform transformations.
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., ADO, ALM, Jira)
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a highly competitive and demanding environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all testing activities for all the projects, including planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off.
• Coordinate and develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, schedules, and quality metrics aligned with enterprise testing standards for the project.
• Learn and understand the architecture of program applications and systems.
• Execute testing strategy, support junior testers, and contribute to process improvement.
• Review test results and evaluate for conformance to design.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Document and track defects using ADO and in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate status reports and other artifacts for senior leadership.
• Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects stay on track.
