Test Analyst – Hyderabad

We are seeking an experienced/senior Test Analyst to support large‑scale projects across the globe. The successful candidate will lead end‑to‑end testing activities, coordinate with on‑shore/off‑shore teams, business and technology stakeholders, and ensure high‑quality delivery across complex platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all testing activities for all projects, including planning, execution, defect management, and sign‑off.
• Coordinate and develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, schedules, and quality metrics aligned with enterprise testing standards for the project.
• Learn and understand the architecture of program applications and systems.
• Execute the testing strategy, support junior testers, and contribute to process improvement.
• Review test results and evaluate conformance to design.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders; document and track defects using ADO; coordinate status reports and other artifacts for senior leadership.
• Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects stay on track.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience working on large‑scale system migrations or platform transformations.
• Hands‑on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., ADO, ALM, Jira).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a highly competitive and demanding environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Must Have

• Prior experience working within a large organization with multiple releases in a year.
• Leading testers in some capacity on a daily basis.
• Exposure to Scrum/Agile and Waterfall.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP/ERP/SalesForce implementations.
• Automation exposure.

Education & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Testing, with demonstrated experience in a senior level capacity, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field.
