We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant with 3+ years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, requirements gathering, configuration, implementation, support, testing, and integration.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and project managers to understand business requirements and deliver scalable Oracle Fusion solutions. The role will involve participating in implementation and support activities, resolving production issues, preparing functional/technical documentation, and ensuring solutions align with business and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into appropriate Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
- Participate in Oracle Fusion implementation, configuration, enhancement, testing, and support activities.
- Work with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Configure Oracle Fusion modules based on approved business requirements.
- Identify gaps between standard Oracle Fusion functionality and business requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, business requirement documents, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.
- Work closely with technical teams for customizations, integrations, reports, and data migration requirements.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and production validation.
- Investigate and resolve functional and application‑related issues within agreed SLAs.
- Perform root‑cause analysis for recurring application issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Oracle support where required and track issues through resolution.
- Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and data cleansing activities.
- Assist in the development and validation of reports and dashboards.
- Support integrations between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise applications.
- Participate in release management and assess the impact of Oracle quarterly updates.
- Review new Oracle Fusion features and identify potential impacts or opportunities for business processes.
- Prepare test cases and execute test scripts for new functionality, enhancements, and Oracle updates.
- Maintain proper documentation of configurations, processes, integrations, and changes.
- Follow established SDLC, change management, security, and quality processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Provide knowledge transfer and support to end users and junior team members.
