Job summary

Torrent Power in Pune region is seeking a sales professional to drive territory performance, manage distributors, and grow market share. The role covers Pimpri Chinchwad and Pune PCMC, focusing on building a robust trade network and closing orders through direct and partner channels.

The candidate will lead end-to-end sales initiatives, forecast sales for the territory, and map coverage to ensure strong market presence and compliance with distribution norms.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for top and bottom-line delivery for assigned geography
• Driving market programs and market shares
• Appointing the Distributors and Stock points
• Appointing the Sub Dealer and Retailers under the Distributors
• Responsible for ensuring trade discipline, mix delivery and distribution metrics
• Ensuring market discipline, coverage norms and administration
• Build steadfast relationships with trade, influencers, contractors, channel partners ensuring market discipline, coverage norms and administration
• Attending negotiations & Closing orders
• Responsible for territory's sales forecasting and tracking
• Territory mapping and coverage of the region directly as well as through deals
