Job summary

Ansell is seeking a Territory Sales Manager – Medical in India to drive growth in hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers for premium gloves and protection solutions. You will build trusted relationships with surgeons, infection control teams, and distributors, lead joint calls, and run trainings to win business.

You will plan territory activities, monitor competitors, and leverage Salesforce to stay sharp, while traveling up to 85% to medical exhibitions and forums across India.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of strong field sales experience in Surgical Gloves / Medical Devices / Healthcare PPE.
• Graduation in any stream; MBA preferred but not mandatory if you have a proven sales track record.
• Proven ability to convert end-users and grow distributors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build new business and growth opportunities in hospitals and diagnostic centers and convert them to Ansell's premium range.
• Build loyal relationships with end users (surgeons, purchase heads, infection control teams) and distributors.
• Train teams on Ansell products, run joint calls, inservices, and promotional programs that win business.
• Create monthly territory plans, spot new opportunities, track competitors, and use Salesforce CRM.
• Network at medical exhibitions, CMEs, trade shows, and local healthcare forums to position Ansell as the #1 choice.
• Gather market intelligence on tenders and new projects and share insights with the team.

• Build loyal relationships, become the go-to expert for end users (surgeons, purchase heads, infection control teams) and distributors.
• Train their teams on Ansell products, run powerful joint calls, inservices, and promotional programs that win business.
• Create monthly territory plans, spot new opportunities (new hospitals/projects), track competitors, and use CRM (Salesforce) to stay sharp.
• Network at medical exhibitions, CMEs, trade shows, and local healthcare forums to position Ansell as the #1 choice.
• Gather market intelligence on tenders, new projects, market research and share insights with the team.

We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of strong field sales experience in Surgical Gloves / Medical Devices / Examination Gloves / Healthcare PPE
• Graduation (any stream) — MBA preferred but not mandatory if you have killer sales track record
• Proven ability to convert end-users and grow distributors
• Excellent relationship‑building &communication skills
• Strong planning + execution — you turn targets into wins month after month
• Comfortable with CRM tools, reporting, and data‑driven selling
