Job summary

ACURA SOLUTIONS LTD in Odisha is seeking an experienced Territory Manager for Personal Loan to lead sales across the assigned territory. You will drive customer acquisition, manage DSAs and channel partners, and coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other internal teams to meet targets.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, plus a proven track record of achieving sales targets in Personal Loan or Retail Assets. Graduation or MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: 38 years in Personal Loan / Retail Assets / Consumer Finance / Banking sales.
• Strong knowledge of the Personal Loan market and local territory.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple acquisition channels and drive business independently.
• Graduation/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Personal Loan sales and business growth within the assigned territory.
• Generate new business through DSA, connectors, referrals, digital leads, and other acquisition channels .
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Ensure achievement of monthly disbursement and revenue targets .
• Monitor sales pipeline, lead conversion, login, approval, and disbursement.
• Ensure adherence to KYC, credit, compliance, and company policies .
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing.
• Manage and improve productivity of assigned sales channels/team members.
