Idfc First Bank Limited is seeking a Territory Manager for Consumer Durable Loans on Open Market in India. You will source loans through Direct Sales Teams and dealerships, while building a high-quality loan portfolio.

You will recruit and train DSTs, manage channel partnerships, and drive customer acquisition with a focus on risk controls and regulatory compliance. Leadership and communication skills are essential to coordinate with collections and internal teams.

Qualificações

• Graduate degree in any discipline required.
• Experience: minimum 2 years in sales in BFSI.
• Postgraduate qualification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Recruitment and training of DSTs and onboarding dealerships or stores.

• Acquire new customers and ensure consistent loan disbursement volumes.
• Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and rejections.
• Stay updated on retail asset products, operations, and current market trends.
• Identify evolving market dynamics and develop strategies for channel development and customer acquisition.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recommend improvements to sales processes and policies to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Work closely with Collection team to reduce net credit loss and delinquency rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support automation and digital initiatives.
• Contribute to the bank’s growth targets by supporting strategic sales and service initiatives.

About the Role

Territory Manager-Consumer Durable Loan Open Market

is responsible for sourcing loans through Direct Sales Teams (DSTs), and existing Dealerships or Stores, while building and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio. This role involves managing a team, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring effective communication across various channels. The role holder must ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines, balancing business growth with risk management to support the broader objectives of the bank.

What We Are Looking For

Education
