Job summary

Elanco in India is seeking a Territory Sales Manager—Dairy to drive sales growth and strengthen Elanco’s presence with veterinarians, farm owners, and distributors within an assigned dairy territory. You will build strong customer relationships and ensure timely product movement and payments.

The role requires field-based engagement, travel within the region, and collaboration with distributors to meet targets and implement field strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, or related field.
• Prior experience in animal health or pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a territory-based role.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and sales execution skills.

Territory Sales Manager - Dairy

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening Elanco’s presence in the assigned region by engaging with veterinary professionals, farm owners, and distributors. Your role will focus on building strong customer relationships, executing company strategies, and ensuring timely product movement and payment collection.

Responsibilities

Minimum qualifications

Preferred qualifications

• Strong understanding of the animal health market, including veterinary channels and livestock farming.
• Experience working with distributors and managing accounts receivable.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute field strategies effectively.
• High levels of ethics, self-discipline, and accountability.
• Proficiency in reporting systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Additional Information

• Location: Based in India – field-based role covering an assigned sales territory.
• Travel: Frequent travel required within the assigned region for customer engagement and distributor meetings.
• Must attend company meetings and training sessions as scheduled and comply with all company policies and reporting systems.
