EIL is seeking a Territory Credit Head to oversee regional credit underwriting and risk management in Hyderabad. You will lead credit teams, shape underwriting standards, and drive growth in education loans and institutional lending.

The role requires 8-15 years of experience in credit, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced NBFC environment with multiple stakeholders. You will mentor teams and contribute to strengthening portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1- 8 to 15 years in credit underwriting / risk management, with strong exposure to Education Loans / Institutional Lending
• 2-Proven experience in leading credit teams at a regional or territory level
• 3-Strong understanding of institutional financials, cash-flow analysis, and risk assessment
• 4-Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented NBFC environment
• 5-Strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and analytical skills
