Responsibilities

• Study and understand technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants & vendors for clarifications.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as required.
• Maintain tender documentation and follow up on offers.
• Communicate with clients for technical clarifications and updates.
• Work with management to finalize prices and margins for bid submissions.
