Job summary

Trac Fujico Air Systems is seeking personnel for procurement and cost estimation related to HVAC and MEP projects. The role covers vendor sourcing, RFQ management, pricing negotiations, budgeting, and tender preparation, with strong emphasis on timely offers and compliance with tender terms.

Engineers with design knowledge and non-engineers with procurement exposure are welcome. The company focuses on turnkey HVAC solutions and related services.

Qualifications

• Good arithmetic skills required.
• Experience in purchase, costing and estimation is preferred.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with vendors (industrial or engineering/construction products).
• Knowledge of HVAC, MEP and government projects is advantageous.
• Design knowledge is optional.
• Dynamic and self-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Vendor sourcing and vendor management.
• RFQ management and bid support.
• Price negotiation and cost estimation.
• Budgeting, offer preparations, and tendering activities.
• Prebid and bid support; ensure timely submission of offers/tenders.
• Support to Sales team and compliance with tender terms and conditions.
• Design knowledge with site surveys and technical support to Sales Team and the factory (for engineers).

Turnkey Centralized HVAC system (both Hiside & lowside)including Chillers & Chilled water system, VRF system, Ventilation system, Air washers, dehumidifiers, Scrubbers, etc

Preferred candidate profile
