Job summary

Emerson in Chennai District is seeking candidates for an Assembly & Testing operator role. You will perform product assembly and operate winding, spot weld, and molding machines, and also run testing equipment in both coil and assembly shops.

The role requires 0-2 years of hands-on experience with assembly and testing gear, flexibility for shifts, and the ability to lift light weights and distinguish colors. Growth and safety are core priorities at Emerson.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• 0-2 years experience operating the Assembly & Testing equipment.
• Willing to do work in shift basis.
• Physical demands: Must be able to lift to 3 Kilogram weight.
• Must be able to distinguish colors.
