Job summary

Emerson in India is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Operator to join our assembly and coil shops. You will perform product assembly, set up winding, spot welding, molding, and automated testing equipment, while adhering to safety and quality standards. Flexibility to rotate tasks and work in shifts is required.

The role offers a manufacturing environment with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events, supporting delivery of high-quality products.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience in operating the Assembly & Testing equipment.
• Willing to work in shift basis.
