You will render messages between Telugu and English with fidelity and clarity. You will handle challenging calls, provide professional customer service, follow client instructions, stay calm, and remain punctual. Internet access is required.

As a successful Telugu Language Interpreter, you must render correct concepts and meanings between Telugu and English, following complexity, clarity, tone, and style, and upholding the correct rules for grammar and syntax in both languages.
Provide strict renditions of the messages, including every detail of the conversation, and be prepared for challenging calls at any time.
Employ good customer‑service and communication skills, clear enunciation, pronunciation, a pleasant and professional voice, and polite forms of expression.
Follow instructions for clients, manage the flow of the call, and avoid taking over the call or interacting with the limited‑English speaker without the client’s permission.
Remain calm during calls if one of the primary speakers is incoherent or upset, especially in emergency situations.
Remain punctual and available during scheduled work hours.
Ensure access to the internet for work‑related electronic communication.
Perform all other duties as assigned for the role of Telugu Language Interpreter.
Applicants should be comfortable with rotational shifts, including nights.
Working days: 5 days (2 rotational week off)

Salary up to: 5.38 LPA (40k in hand)
