Job summary

DesignBoxed is seeking a proactive Ground Resources Coordinator to support identification, coordination, and management of field-level resources for political campaigns across Telangana. You will build local networks and ensure smooth deployment of manpower and logistics.

The role requires strong networking, coordination, and the ability to travel and work flexible hours to meet campaign needs. Experience in campaigns or community outreach is preferred, with Telugu communication skills highly

• Coordinate with volunteers, field teams, community representatives, and other campaign resources.
• Support arranging field manpower and local logistics.
• Maintain databases of ground resources, contacts, locations, and responsibilities.
• Coordinate deployment and availability of resources based on campaign requirements.
• Collect regular updates from field resources and share with the campaign team.
• Assist in resolving field-level coordination challenges quickly and effectively.

• We are looking for a proactive Ground Resources Coordinator to support the identification, coordination, and management of field-level resources for political campaigns across Telangana. The ideal candidate should have strong local networking skills, coordination ability, and an understanding of ground-level campaign requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain a network of local ground-level resources across assigned constituencies.
• Coordinate with local contacts, volunteers, field teams, community representatives, and other campaign resources.
• Support the campaign team in arranging field manpower and local logistical requirements.
• Maintain updated databases of ground resources, contacts, locations, and responsibilities.
• Coordinate deployment and availability of resources based on campaign requirements.
• Collect regular updates from field resources and share them with the campaign team.
• Assist in resolving field-level coordination challenges quickly and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in field coordination, political campaigns, community outreach, operations, or resource management is preferred.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of Telangana's local geography, communities, and political environment.
• Excellent Telugu communication skills; English/Hindi knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours based on campaign requirements.
