VIH Capital Advisory In Pu is hiring a Telesales Executive for the Sales team in New Thipaasandhara, Indhiranagar. This full-time role focuses on outbound calls for Personal Loan products, requiring strong communication and a customer-focused approach.

You will handle end-to-end sales processes, achieve daily to monthly targets, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with the team while ensuring RBI/Banking guidelines compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 2 years of telesales experience, preferably in loans or BFSI.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Understanding of personal loan products.
• Target-driven mindset with ability to meet sales targets.
• Basic computer skills and CRM handling.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
