Job summary

Data Axle Pune centre is seeking a Teleresearch Associate to gather and verify business information across campaigns. Responsibilities include contacting companies nationwide by phone, following scripted guidelines, and updating records to maintain accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of voice experience (finance preferred), excellent communication and customer service skills, and be comfortable with shift schedules. Strong analytical abilities are desired to solve problems efficiently.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of work experience in voice. Preferably voice experience in finance.
