Job summary

Nokia Flow is seeking a Senior Engineer with 5–15 years of experience in telecom provisioning and Java-based development to design, build, and maintain network interfaces and inventory systems.

The role involves working with Huawei/Nokia elements, Flow Ones BST, WFC, NEI SDK, and Oracle databases, along with SDLC documentation and L2 support during warranty periods.

Qualifications

• Domain knowledge in Telecom provisioning for B2C/B2B fixed products (FTTH/ELIFE, DIA, SIP, VOBB).
• Knowledge on Huawei & Nokia network elements for provisioning commands.
• Develop business logic in Nokia Flow Ones BST.

Responsibilities

• Design product, services & technical services in Nokia Flow Ones Catalog.
• Develop/maintain HTML forms and work queues in Nokia Flow Ones WFC.
• Develop Nokia Flow One Network Element Interfaces using Java or Expect in NEI SDK.
• Develop/Maintain Nokia Flow One Network Inventory (UIV) for Provisioning and NM.
• Build core Java apps using Spring, Apache Camel, multithreading, XML parsing, JDBC.
• Build/maintain applications using Oracle (queries, triggers, stored procedures, materialized views, performance tuning).
• Use Apache Maven or Ant to build projects.
• Write shell scripts and work in UNIX/Linux/Solaris.
• Maintain source code in Bitbucket.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA.
• DevOps tools: Bamboo, SonarQube, Nexus, Nagios.
• Integrate IBM MQ Series, JMS.
• Follow design patterns and best coding practices.
• Unit test applications and support SIT/QA/Production verification & deployment.
• Provide L2 support during warranty period for production apps.
• Follow SDLC processes and create LLD, development, unit test, release, ops docs.
