Job summary

Techwave is seeking a Telecom Design Engineer to develop high-level and low-level designs for telecom/fiber networks. The role is based in Hyderabad and requires onsite delivery, coordinating with internal teams to ensure standards, quality, and timely completion.

You will work with GeoStruct, interpret drawings, analyze routes, and maintain documentation to support project success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GeoStruct.
• Good knowledge of HLD and LLD preparation.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, maps, and network layouts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for telecom/fiber networks.
• Develop telecom network designs using GeoStruct and related design tools.
• Analyze engineering data, network routes, and field information to create accurate designs.
• Prepare and update OSP/FTTx network designs and layouts.
• Ensure designs comply with project specifications, client standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and other stakeholders to resolve design-related issues.
• Perform quality checks on design deliverables and incorporate necessary revisions.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.
