Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, support, and optimization of Cisco UCCE and Unified Communications platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Manage and troubleshoot complex issues related to Cisco communication systems, including voice, video, and contact center technologies.
• Provide hands-on support for day-to-day telecom operations, addressing incidents, requests, and service disruptions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineering and IT support, to resolve telecom-related issues and integrate telecom systems with other enterprise technologies.
• Oversee system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities for Cisco UCCE/UC platforms, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and system architecture diagrams.
• Implement and maintain security policies and protocols for telecom systems, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, driving best practices in telecomengineering and support.
