Truminds is seeking an experienced, highly technical, and accomplished Telecom Core & Order Management Engineer with 3 to 10 years of professional telecommunications engineering experience to join our client delivery team on a full-time basis across Bangalore, Gurugram, Noida, Chennai, or Pune. In this specialized core network deployment and telecom order management role, you will spearhead deploying and integrating complex Packet Core and IMS Core networks, managing Circuit-Switched (CS) core operations and maintenance, and implementing enterprise order management workflows utilizing Netcracker products. You will work closely with cross-functional network operators, systems integrators, and software development squads to deliver carrier-grade telecommunications solutions. Detailed Job Description

As a Telecom Core & Order Management Engineer at Truminds across Bangalore, Gurugram, Noida, Chennai, or Pune, you will take full ownership of deploying, integrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting end-to-end mobile core and BSS/OSS order management ecosystems. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass executing Packet Core and IMS Core network deployments, maintaining CS core operations and fault management, and configuring end-to-end telecom order management workflows utilizing Netcracker software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to perform integration testing, resolve network anomalies, migrate legacy subscription data, and ensure seamless service activation. Working in a fast-paced technology consulting and service delivery environment, you will drive operational excellence and carrier-grade reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment, integration, commissioning, and testing of Packet Core network functions (MME, SGW, PGW, AMF, SMF, UPF).
• Execute IMS Core deployment, configuration, and integration (CSCF, HSS, TAS, SBC) across 4G and 5G network architectures.
• Perform routine and emergency operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault resolution for Circuit-Switched (CS) core networks.
• Administer enterprise telecom order management workflows, catalog design, and provisioning lifecycles using Netcracker software products.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional network planning, core engineering, and BSS/OSS software development squads.
• Conduct rigorous integration testing, signaling trace analysis (Wireshark), and acceptance procedures for core network rollouts.
• Ensure uncompromising adherence to telecommunications engineering standards, security baselines, and project delivery timelines.
• Troubleshoot complex service provisioning failures, session setup errors, and database synchronization issues.
• Maintain comprehensive technical architecture diagrams, integration runbooks, configuration logs, and test reports.
• Support client stakeholders and telecom operator partners during live cutovers and post-deployment maintenance windows.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3 to 10 years of professional hands-on experience in telecommunications core network engineering and BSS/OSS integration.
• Proven practical experience in Packet Core deployment and integration across 4G and 5G domains.
• Solid hands-on background in IMS Core deployment, configuration, and integration.
• Extensive experience in Circuit-Switched (CS) core operations, maintenance, and fault management.
• Mandatory professional work experience in any Netcracker product suite (Order Management, Product Catalog, Active Resource Manager).
• Exceptional analytical, protocol debugging, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
