Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is hiring a Solution Architect to drive Telecom BSS solution architecture for complex projects in Hyderabad/Chennai. The role requires hands-on design and strong collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders.

You will lead high-level designs, estimate efforts with developers, and ensure sign-off from customers while navigating TM Forum ODA, Kafka, JIRA and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Telecom BSS solution architecture experience.
• Hands-on design of architectures for complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of JIRA, Agile and TM Forum ODA.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with business analysts and users to clarify requirements.
• Participate in meetings with business users to gather details.
• Perform impact analysis on BSS and other in-scope applications.
• Highlight challenges/risks in implementing the requirements.
• Discuss with the design team to understand external systems impact.
• Prepare high-level solution for the requirements.
• Prepare T-shirt sizing estimates with developers and obtain approvals.
• Prepare high-level design document and walkthrough for sign-off.
• Hand over the signed design document to developers.
• Provide inputs/clarifications to developers.
