Job summary

Bhawwani Apartment Private Limited in Bhubaneswar invites interns for a 6-month in-office program. You will perform lead list reviews, outbound calling, pitching, lead qualification, CRM updates, follow-ups, and end-of-day reporting to support sales teams.

Eligible candidates must be available for full-time, within 23 Oct 2026 to 27 Nov 2026, and from Bhubaneswar. Stipend ranges INR 5,000–10,000 per month with certificate and letter of recommendation on completion.

Qualifications

• MS-Excel proficiency for data handling and reporting.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Hindi and Odia spoken proficiency for local communication.

Responsibilities

• Morning Huddle Plan Review: check daily lead list and align with sales/marketing on goals.
• Outbound Cold & Warm Calling to introduce products/services to prospective clients.
• Pitching & Explaining: communicate features and handle basic questions over the phone.
• Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting: identify genuine interest and schedule follow-ups.
• CRM & Data Entry: log calls, update lead statuses, and notes in CRM/excel/WhatsApp.
• Follow-ups: send information packets and reminders to warm leads.
• End-of-Day Reporting: submit dial and conversion summaries to team lead.

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. 1. Morning Huddle Plan Review: Check the daily assigned lead list, review calling quotas or targets, and align with the sales or marketing team on campaign goals.
2. 2. Outbound Cold & Warm Calling: Dial prospective clients, customers, or students from a provided database to introduce products, services, educational courses, or healthcare solutions.
3. 3. Pitching & Explaining: Clearly communicate key features, answer initial questions, and handle basic objections or queries over the phone.
4. 4. Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting: Identify genuine interest, filter out dead leads, and schedule follow-up calls, consultations, or meetings for senior sales executives.
5. 5. CRM & Data Entry: Log every call outcome, update lead statuses, and add notes into tools like a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, Excel sheets, or WhatsApp.
6. 6. Follow-ups: Send information packets, WhatsApp messages, or reminder emails to warm leads who requested more time or details.
7. 7. End-of-Day Reporting: Submit a summary of dials made, answered calls, conversions, or scheduled appointments to the team lead or manager.
