About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make calls using the contact details and guidance provided by the team.
2. Introduce the purpose of each call clearly and communicate in a polite, professional manner.
3. Listen carefully, respond to straightforward questions, and note when a query needs follow-up from a team member.
4. Record call outcomes and relevant details accurately in the designated tracking system.
5. Follow up on assigned contacts as directed, keeping conversations concise and respectful.
6. Draft clear written messages or call notes in English to support ongoing communication.
7. Share recurring questions or communication challenges with the team to help keep outreach consistent.
