Job summary

Psychologyindia, India's 1st directory of mental health professionals, invites applications for a work-from-home internship. You will outbound-call a curated list of psychologists and therapists, present services clearly, and manage inquiries with a calm, professional approach.

You will identify interested prospects, arrange demonstrations, and coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups, while maintaining detailed activity records for the duration of 3 months. Stipend ranges monthly.

• Make outbound calls to a predefined list of mental health professionals and respond to inbound enquiries.
• Introduce products and services clearly and professionally, and understand prospect requirements.
• Handle conversations professionally with busy or uninterested prospects and maintain a respectful approach.
• Identify interested prospects and schedule product demonstrations and follow-up meetings with the team.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records of calls and conversations.
• Coordinate with the internal team and take ownership of assigned calls and follow-ups.

About the internship:

• 1. Make outbound calls to a pre-defined list of psychologists, therapists, and other mental health professionals, and respond to inbound enquiries.
• 2. Introduce products and services clearly and professionally, understand prospect requirements, and answer basic queries.
• 3. Handle conversations professionally, including with prospects who may be busy, uninterested, or irritated, while maintaining a calm and respectful approach.
• 4. Identify interested prospects and schedule product or service demonstrations and follow-up meetings with the appropriate team members.
• 5. Follow up with prospects as required and maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups.
• 6. Coordinate with the internal team and take ownership of assigned calls and follow-up activities.
