Job summary

Gary Global Solutions is hiring a Telecaller to connect with prospective clients over the phone and generate fresh enquiries for our software, website, and digital marketing services. This is a full-time, on-site role at Greater Noida Nx One and is open to freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of telecalling or customer-support experience.

You will make outbound calls from lead lists, present our services, and determine interest for callbacks or demos.

Qualifications

• Freshers welcome or candidates with up to 2 years of telecalling or customer-support experience.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to follow scripts and handle objections with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls from assigned lead lists and introduce Gary Global Solutions.
• Share a concise overview of services and gauge interest for callbacks or demos.
• Handle inbound calls, note enquiries, and pass opportunities to the sales or BD team.
• Follow approved call scripts and answer common questions clearly.
• Meet daily call, connect, and follow-up targets set by the team lead.
• Update call status, remarks, and next-action dates in MS Excel or tracker.
