The role involves generating leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records of calls and outcomes, and coordinating with internal teams to support loan processing.

The Telesales Executive will handle customer questions, address concerns, and provide reliable information to ensure a positive customer experience and support sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with customers and team members.
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, convert leads, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Basic understanding of loan products and financial services, with an ability to learn and explain product features accurately.
• Prior telesales or financial services experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in commerce, business, or finance is beneficial.
