Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Noida is seeking a confident Marathi Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls related to insurance products from our Noida office. You will explain plans, understand customer needs, resolve queries, and generate business opportunities.

The candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales within the insurance sector. Fluency in Marathi is mandatory, with Hindi and English communication as a plus, and a willingness to meet calling

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience as Telecaller / Telesales / Customer Care Executive in the insurance sector
• Experience in General Insurance, Health Insurance, or Travel Insurance preferred
• Fluent Marathi is mandatory
• Good communication in Hindi and English is an added advantage
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
• Good follow-up and lead-conversion abilities
• Comfortable working with calling targets and maintaining daily MIS/call records
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication is preferred
