Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as Telecaller / Telesales / Customer Care in the insurance sector.
• General Insurance, Health Insurance, or Travel Insurance experience preferred.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong convincing, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Good follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
• Comfortable with calling targets and maintaining daily MIS/call records.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
