Job summary

• Proven experience in checking Tekla models and structural steel drawings for fabrication and erection.

We are looking for experienced Tekla Checkers with strong exposure to structural steel detailing and model review for industrial, oil & gas, and infrastructure projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Tekla Structures
• Experience in structural steel detailing and checking
• Review and checking of GA, Fabrication, and Erection Drawings
• Experience in Tekla 3D model review and checking
• Verification of member sizes, connections, bolt layouts, weld details, and constructability requirements
• Knowledge of AISC, OSHA, ADNOC, and project-specific standards
• Experience in Material Take-Off (MTO) verification and model checking
• Ability to identify and resolve detailing discrepancies and interface issues
• Coordination with engineers, detailers, fabricators, and construction teams
• Experience in oil & gas projects will be an added advantage

Experience Required:

• 516 years of relevant experience in Tekla steel detailing and checking
• Proven experience in checking Tekla models and structural steel drawings for fabrication and erection
