Job summary

Malladi Drugs & Pharmaceuticals is seeking a role focused on scale-up and process optimization at our site in India. You will oversee shift equipment and production planning, drive BPR on critical parameters, maintain GMP records, monitor CPPs, and prepare P&ID's and process flow diagrams.

You will map equipment for site transfers, calculate mass and energy balances, assess risks with HAZOP or risk assessments, and lead round-the-clock scale-up batches with hands-on training for the

• Shift Equipment & Production Plan
• Execution of BPR on critical parameters
• Filling of Equipment Logs and GMP records, Cleaning Records etc.
• Monitor Critical Process Parameters
• Preparation of process P&ID'S, Process Flow Diagrams
• Equipment Mapping for site transfer and tech transfer products
• Calculate the mass & Energy balances for product
• Identification of risks & hazards environmental aspects and evaluation and review the same through HAZOP or Risk Assessment Study
• Lead the Scaleup batches monitoring round the clock and ensure effective hands on training to the operating team
