Job summary

Marksans Pharma is seeking a skilled tech transfer professional to support manufacturing tech transfer activities across granulation, compression and coating processes.

The role involves preparing MFR and BMR, supporting scale-up and exhibit batches, and providing inputs to improve product quality and process efficiency in collaboration with R&D scientists.

Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of Technology Transfer procedures.
• Prepare MFR and BMR documentation.
• Support scale-up, pre-exhibit and exhibit batches with R&D scientists.
• Experience in granulation, compression and coating is advantageous.
• Expertise in PDR/Pilot/Exhibit batches.
• Provide technical inputs to improve commercial products and address market complaints.
• Suggest tooling and new machinery designs to prevent process problems and boost productivity.

Role & responsibilities

Good Knowledge of Technology Transfer procedure.

• Good Knowledge in preparation of MFR and BMR
• Support to execute the Scale up, Pre-Exhibit, Exhibit batches to R&D Scientist
• Experience in Granulation, compression & Coating manufacturing is added advantage.
• Expertise in PDR/Pilot Batches/Exhibit batches
• Provide technical inputs if any for improvement in commercial product and for market complaints
• Provide technical inputs for design of Tooling, new machinery to avoid the process problem to increase the productivity and quality.
