Job summary

Encube Ethicals Limited in Indore invites applications for Executive - Technology Transfer to support Derma/Topical product transfers, PDL/MS&T activities, and manufacturing execution.

You will coordinate tech transfer activities, review/change controls, and ensure GMP/GDP compliance, with 4–7 years' experience in topical manufacturing.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with PDL, MS&T, QA/QC, and manufacturing teams to deliver timely tech transfers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master degree in pharmaceutical sciences or related field.
• Experience with dermal/topical dosage forms and manufacturing processes.
• Strong documentation, cross-functional coordination, and regulatory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology transfer activities for Derma/Topical dosage forms with PDL, MS&T, Manufacturing, QA, QC and other cross-functional teams.
• Support technology-transfer documentation, process GAP assessment, and technical discussions for new and transferred products.
• Monitor submission/engineering batches and ensure timely resolution of technical and documentation-related issues.
• Support PDL/MS&T activities related to process understanding, scale-up, process transfer, and manufacturing execution.
• Initiate and coordinate Change Controls and assist with Batch Records and validation/verification protocols.
• Support Process Risk Assessment and stability protocol review for transferred products.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and QMS throughout technology-transfer activities.
• Assist introduction of new process technologies and ensure projects are executed within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Technology Transfer activities for Derma/Topical dosage forms in collaboration with PDL, MS&T, Manufacturing, QA, QC, and other CFTs.
• Support technology-transfer documentation, process GAP assessment, and technical discussions for new and transferred products.

Desired Candidate Profile -

• B. Pharma / M. Pharma.
• 4-7 years of experience in Derma/Topical Manufacturing, Technology Transfer, PDL, or MS&T.
• Strong understanding of topical/dermatological dosage forms and manufacturing processes.
• Working knowledge of Technology Transfer and PDL/MS&T documentation and activities.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, Change Control, Batch Records, Process Validation/Verification, and Risk Assessment.
• Exposure to stability studies and ICH stability conditions.
• Experience with US/EU regulatory markets will be an advantage.
• Strong technical documentation, coordination, and cross-functional communication skills.
