Job summary

FyneHand seeks a Head – Enterprise Applications to lead the technology function for critical banking applications in Mumbai. This role emphasizes platform stability, digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

You will own Core Banking and related enterprise systems, drive roadmaps, guide upgrades/releases, and ensure high availability, security, and disaster recovery. Ideal candidates have Banking/FinServ leadership experience and strong vendor/stakeholder

Qualifications

• 18+ years IT experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong experience managing Core Banking platforms (Finacle preferred).
• Exposure to lending and enterprise applications.
• Experience leading large-scale technology transformation programs.

• Own and manage Core Banking and enterprise applications, including lending, wealth, and HR platforms.

Core Expertise: Core Banking (Finacle)

* We are specifically seeking candidates with prior experience in the banking sector. Please note that candidates without relevant banking-sector experience will not be considered for this position.
