Job Summary

Role Details:

• Location: Bangalore
• Role: Automation Tester
• Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or relevant experience
• Experience: 6+ years in relevant technical roles

Key Responsibilities:

Test Automation:

• Design and build automation test frameworks for single-page applications (SPAs)
• Design and build API-driven test frameworks
• Create and maintain automated test suites

Technical Tools:

• Experience with WebdriverIO, Puppeteer, Selenium (or similar UI testing tools)
• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Familiarity with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber

Continuous Integration:

• Knowledge of Jenkins, Bamboo, or other CI tools
• Selenium Grid or parallel execution techniques

Web Development Technologies:

• Understanding of TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery, React
• Agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence, Git/Bitbucket)

Cloud & Containers:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift/AWS
• Performance and volume testing (e.g., JMeter, Artillery, LoadRunner)

Collaboration:

• Liaise with business users to thoroughly understand requirements (especially for job portal-related projects)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Performance and Volume testing
• Familiarity with containers and cloud environments
